A team of experienced professionals

Our co-founders Laura and Jon have worked together for 15 years. They have a shared passion for helping organisations achieve their potential through the contributions of their people. They formed Fifth Frame to provide an alternative, high quality, consulting solution for organisations that believe their people are at the heart of achieving success. Along with the team of specialists that makes up the business, they partner with like-minded clients to improve businesses for both shareholders and employees.



Partner and Co-Founder

Laura has spent 16 years studying human behaviour and consulting across performance improvement, operations and people issues.Laura holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a master's degree in Coaching Psychology and accreditations in a number of leadership and organisational culture assessment tools.  


Laura's primary focus and experience is in leadership assessment, development and coaching; large group facilitation; culture and values assessment and organisational behaviour change.

With a passion for learning and education, Laura holds positions on the Management Boards of both a community run not-for-profit Preschool and her local OOSC/ Vacation Care Centre.

Partner and Co-Founder

Jon has spent over 30 years consulting in Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia on issues relating to the impact of people on organisational performance. From an early career in reward consulting, Jon went on to help establish the Hewitt Associates business in Australia, spending 5 years as its Managing Director in ANZ. After  that Jon was Managing Principal for Gallup in Australia and then spent 5 years as Global leader for a People and Organisation Consulting practice.   

With an academic background in Psychology and Economics and a career in the people consulting space, Jon has also spent the past few years focusing on the future of work as a regular conference speaker and media commentator. As well as his direct client work Jon also supports a number of not-for-profit organisations with a focus on education and empowering communities to take control of their own future.

Angela is a people and performance strategist with over 20 years’ experience working with global and local organisations to deliver strategic solutions that matter for their people, shareholders, and communities. Angela’s portfolio of work includes people strategy, purpose, leadership, culture, and talent spanning the infrastructure, telco, finance, media, FMCG, and higher education industries.

Prior to joining as a Partner with Fifth Frame, Angela led the people strategy transformation for NBN Co. for 3.5 years, and was a Director in Management Consulting at PwC for 12 years. Angela spent her earlier career in investment banking in London and held a range of roles in high performance sport and tertiary education in Australia, Canada, and the UK.

Angela’s combined consulting and corporate experience, and time working with elite athletes and teams enables her to bring a unique approach to driving transformational change that is purpose-led, authentic and sustainable.

Zoe has over 7 years consulting experience, working with organisations to unlock the potential of their people, through culture-led change, operating model redesign and aligning leaders and their teams to strategy.

Zoe has worked across a variety of industries, including Media, Transport, Health, Construction and Energy to co-design and execute on human-centred solutions in response to shifting priorities, disruptive markets and changing workforce demands.

Zoe’s primary experience is in leadership alignment, operating model review and design, supporting teams transition to new org structures, shifting culture and behaviours, shaping employee experiences and building more cohesive and connected teams.

Zoe is passionate about using different techniques, such as facilitation, storytelling and design thinking, to build solutions and implementation plans that leaders and their people are confident to own, implement and sustain.

Kirsty has more than 10 years consulting experience with a focus on people and operations, in Australia and New Zealand. In that time she has worked in a range of industries including government, financial services, property development and retail. She has also had in-house roles in financial services, focussed on change strategy and implementation. 


Kirsty's curiosity about human behaviour led to her study law, economics and international business. (After establishing her career in New Zealand, Kirsty's interest in cultural differences and drive for learning resulted in moves to South America, where she learnt Spanish, and then to Sydney.)  


Kirsty is particularly interested in how organisations are structured to deliver on their strategy. She strongly believes that people are the most important element of sustainable operating model change and organisation design. Her approach brings together qualitative and quantitative insights, experience of what makes organisations effective (and ineffective!), and an ability to meet an organisation where it's at - resulting in practical, people-focussed solutions which make a genuine difference.

Director and Organisational Psychologist

Dan is passionate about helping organisation’s realise their potential through their people. He is a registered Psychologist and brings over 9 years consulting experience supporting iconic Australian organisations through their strategic leadership, cultural and future workforce challenges.


Dan has consulted with clients both in the Australian context and abroad, having spent two-years in the United Kingdom on an international secondment. These experiences have put Dan in the shoes of clients across a variety of industries, including Transport, Government, Financial Services, Media, Aviation, Retail and Energy.

Dan is particularly interested in ‘what makes people tick’ and applies his expertise in people analytics to better understand the impact of strategic people, change and cultural initiatives. With this scientist-practitioner mindset, Dan aims to match rigour with pragmatism, to drive people-centric, evidence-based solutions that genuinely help organisations to succeed.

Francis has over 10 years consulting experience delivering complex strategic organisational solutions for clients within Australia and internationally. In that time he has worked across a variety of industries and sectors, including FMCG, Defence, Transport, Government, Public Health, and Financial Services.


Francis’ interest in understanding why people behave the way they do led him to study psychology at university and start his career within organisational psychology. Since starting his career he has developed a specialist focus on org design and large transformations, strategic workforce planning and technology enabled change. 


Francis is particularly passionate about using data to inform, drive and deliver organisational strategies. He has a keen interest and focus on data-driven organisational design - using data to inform how an organisation is put together and structured to ultimately deliver against its operating model and strategy.
